Internal Marketing and Development Systems Pty Ltd was established as a registered company on 25 May 1993.  After more than a decade of customer-focussed service provision, the company established two new businesses, Third Generation Learning, and Third Generation People.  The new business names evolved from our passion for quality, research, resource and knowledge management, and lifelong learning provision to three generations of adolescents, adults and mature aged people. 

By July 2006, the organisation had reflected and developed its medium-term strategic direction known as Strategy 2010, and revitalised its image.  New logos were designed to incorporate the name of each business, and repeat the three vibrant circles stretching to the future as links between each entity.
